For questions, bugs, feedback, or help with account deletion, email oddfinilabs@gmail.com. Include your device, operating system, app version, what happened, and any error message. Remove personal information from screenshots. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
Android: join the closed test
Android is currently a Google Play closed test, not a general release. Use the same Google account for the group, test participation, and the Play Store on your Android device.
- Join the group. Open teratorn-testers on Google Groups and join. If you are asked to request membership, wait until it is approved before continuing.
- Opt in to the test. Open the Google Play test participation page and join the test. Group membership alone is not enough. If the page already says You are a tester, continue to the next step.
- Install the app. Use the Google Play download link on that page, or open the TERATORN Play Store listing, then install on a supported Android device.
Access may not be available immediately after joining the group or opting in. If you can’t open the test or download page, check that you’re using the same Google account, wait a while, and try again. If the problem persists, contact us.
Cannot find the app or join the test?
Check that your group membership is active and that the group, browser, and device's Play Store use the same Google account. Reopen the test participation page and use its download link; the closed test may not appear in a Play Store search.
If you are confirmed as a tester but still see Item not found or cannot install, contact support with your device model, Android version, and a screenshot with personal details removed. Do not repeatedly leave and rejoin the group or test as a workaround.
Help us test
If you can, stay opted in for at least 14 days, play two or more games, and send us bugs or feedback. The Android test build may differ from the iOS version shown on the product page.
How do I play?
Take resource tokens, buy Project Cards to build your infrastructure and earn influence, and compete on Mars. Tap a card to buy it or reserve it if you cannot afford it yet.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Initial setup uses a free Unity Player Account and requires internet. Use the same sign-in method to recover your progress on another device.
Is it online-only?
After initial setup, Solo works offline. Online matches, account recovery, friends and cloud synchronization require internet.
How do I invite a friend?
Send an in-game invitation or share the room link, QR code or room code. Background iOS invitations need notification permission and an internet connection; delivery can be affected by system notification settings.
Account access and deletion
Manage your sign-in at Unity Player Accounts. That shared account is separate from your TERATORN game account. Deleting the shared account does not automatically delete TERATORN game data.
Start game-account deletion from the account and privacy controls in your player profile while connected to the internet. Once the server accepts the request, processing continues automatically if you close the app. The app confirms request acceptance, not final server completion. If a request is interrupted before acceptance, reopen the app and use Retry when shown. Contact support to confirm completion, or if you cannot submit a request, cannot sign in, or do not see those controls. We may need to verify account ownership.
